Saturday May 9th | happening outdoors at the arboretum pergola garden in Pinehurst (down the road from the community center!)
The activity rain date is scheduled for Sunday May 10th at 2pm, an email will be sent out to all participating families by 5/9 with the rain date decision if bad weather is forecasted for that Saturday.
Photoshoot time-slots are organized by class level, please reference the schedule for when your student’s photos will be taken with their class and individually during the same slot:
preschool ballet, both classes | 3pm
beginner ballet, early-beginner ballet, both tap classes | 3:45pm
intermediate ballet, both levels | 4:30pm
student company additional photo opportunity | 5:15pm
Your student is only required to be present for their assigned photoshoot scheduled slot, they do not need to stay for the entire photoshoot.
The photoshoot is being conveniently scheduled just a few days before the recital date to help streamline activities for performance week in an effort to make things easier for families being busy in May and yet still wanting to participate with everything!
Your Sleeping Beauty Ballet photoshoot registration includes:
1 edited individual photo of your student, with coaching for an individualized & preferred pose (smile nearly guaranteed!)
1 edited group class photo
both will be uploaded to a digital photo album webpage for you to conveniently download, share with family, and enjoy as a memento from your student’s ballet class session this season!
Join EBA’s director and hobbyist photographer, Ms. Katie, as she captures your student’s photo outdoors alongside classmates and friends! Our class photography activities are always a fun experience where students can wear their costumes, have performance-ready hair (make-up optional), and enjoy twirling and posing for the camera!
An email with confirmation of participation and further details related to the photoshoot activity will be sent to all registered participants by May 5th.
All photography images will be completed as downloadable digital images, no physical photos provided. Completed images will be made available to families via an email link to an online photo album on or before June 1st.
