cLASS FAQS

  • Classes at EBA are centered around a fun and supportive class culture each every week. Strong classical ballet technique is infused with positivity and professionalism to ensure that each and every student has the best ballet class experience possible.

Every teacher and staff member wants to see students thrive as dancers and people. We’re supportive of each student’s journey whether they take class for a semester or a decade!

Seeing each and every student reach new potential in their creative expression, discover their inner creative voice, & helping to guide them to achieve new goals is our focus and joy within the studio.

  • EBA’s class registration cost includes all 12-weeks of classes for the fall 2025 session, and any applicable make up classes during the studio’s make up class week at the end of the session.

There is no additional registration fee or class participation fee!

Families are responsible for ensuring their student has the appropriate dance wear specific to the class level, and are welcome to source those items new or used, with affordable options from Amazon linked here in the FAQ’s.

  • The following recommended dress code items can be sourced used, or at local Walmart or Target stores, or through the suggested Amazon links below!

All ballet students must wear their hair in a ballet bun hairstyle during class time. No hair down is allowed. This policy is in place as an effort to help mitigate distractions from playing with hair down, and for the student’s safety to help them avoid tripping from hair in their face. Thank-you for following this studio-wide policy with EBA classes!

  • Eleve Ballet Academy is a classical ballet focused studio with the core mission of ballet for everyone, bringing accessible and focused classes to anyone who is interested in enjoying this beautiful art form!

Over the years, EBA has been happy to offer some enrichment class options with tap dancing, dance conditioning, or contemporary ballet. These offerings are open to EBA students as an add-on option, and if offered in the future, will be in a workshop or master class format (typically announced through our email list and social media!).

  • The benefits of participating in classical ballet class are numerous! Students develop physical strength, better posture, and flexibility while fostering the graceful movement vocabulary that is ballet.

Weekly class can also instill new levels of confidence in students as they gain satisfaction in mastering movement, receive positive instructor and peer feedback, grow physically stronger, and connect with their unique inner creativity as a dancer.
