3 different class options for various ages, all happening on Thursdays for the winter/spring class session!
homeschool tap | ages 6+ | Thursdays 1-1:50pm
preschool tap | ages 4-5 | Thursdays 3-3:45pm
tap add-on | available to students enrolled in early beginner ballet class | Thursdays 4:50-5:25pm
located in Pinehurst at the Cannon Park Community Center
14-week class session | January 12th- May 1st
session breaks Feb 23-27 & April 6-10 | makeup class week May 4-8
Recreational tap instruction for newbies thru beginner level dancers!
These tap classes are designed as additional dance enrichment for students of all ages! No previous ballet or tap experience necessary to attend, the homeschool class will be scaled for students with previous tap experience. Tap technique fundamentals explored in a positive, encouraging, and fun-filled studio setting. Classical-based music, and dance-related games for preschool classes, add enrichment and engage even the most active dancer!
Some age exceptions made for with the preschool class for 3.5 year-olds able to be independent in a class setting, contact Katie for more information.
All enrolled students, including tap class students, are invited to dance in EBA’s annual spring recital performance at the Fair Barn, but a separate recital participation fee is required in order to participate.
